Committee meetings are held on the 3rd Friday of each month (August-April), at ESWA Social Club, 52-54 Park Road South, Birkenhead, commencing around 7:45 pm. All league officials should be present, along with a representative of snooker and/or billiards from each member club. Any decisions made at these meetings are effective immediately and by not atending you may disadvantage your own Club/teams/players.
